When you place an order via our web page, your order will go to the "preparing" position and an e-mail will be sent you with the information that your order has started. When your payment is received by us, your order will be sent out to delivery. It may take 15-20 days for the goods to reach you. You can track your order by entering the given shipping number.
In general, you can return the products you purchased within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, without destroying, or using and damaging the re-saleability of the product.
Some items cannot be returned as below:
Returns of products that have lost their re-saleability and are not available for purchase by another customer are not accepted if their original box/packaging is damaged (for example: products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with parcel tape or written on it).
The original invoice (all copies you have) and the return notification form on the back of the invoice will be sent with the product you want to return.
The shipping costs of the product to be returned belong to the buyer (Customer).
When the product is examined by the manufacturer and the return is approved, the product price is paid to you.
The duration of this process varies between 3 and 7 days. You will be contacted for your return, which is reviewed by the returns department, and one of the processes of sending a new product, a refund or gift voucher according to your preference is issued. The period of the time taken of the refund to reach your account is at the initiative of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are shown in the account within 1-3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by money order within 1 week.
